Mexican	Your choice of chicken or beef enchiladas; steak or chicken burritos; chicken or beef steak tacos; tostadas, quesadillas, chips and salsa, guacamole, etc.
Thai	An assortment of stuffed chicken wings, Siam fried shrimp, Thai salad, Pad Thai, crab fried rice, and a selection of curries.
Fresh Fruit	Fresh seasonal fruit tray.
Vegetables	Fresh vegetable tray with dip.
